One thing I liked was the job I did. I was part of their CRM and SEO management team. So I was to communicate with our clients on all levels. I had fun learning and using the different techniques we used in keeping track of our clients and ways we could improve our services.
What I wish was different
One thing I wished was better was that my first few weeks were uneventful because I was just compiling fixing and rearranging files. However, that changed when I did actual work.
Advice
Communication is key in any job or internship. When I first started working for Hanini Group I was sidelined to working with files and menial tasks and that wasn't fun. But I communicated with my supervisor and asked for a different role and they tasked me with CRM and SEO management which was great.
