What I liked
Not having any other prior experience in the industry, I enjoyed the environment I was put in. My team was diverse in knowledge and there wasn't a time I didn't feel like I couldn't reach out for help. I don't feel like I was treated like some intern to just make buttons but my workload was representative of my skill. Before leaving, I was extended the opportunity to meet with the directors of the different departments and Halifax Health and the advice they gave me is something that has really stuck with me.
