What I wish was different

I wish it was more team based. Yes, that is part of the philosophy of the company, but it always seems like it's in the back of everyone's mind. When you need help at this job it's hard to ask for help especially since it gets so hectic.

What I liked

So far, my experience overall has been positive. My interpersonal skills has strengthen immensely in the last few months. The management is quite supportive of all the other employees.

What I wish was different

The one thing I wish was different was how the scheduling is done. It's not always consistent, and you have to play around hours suddenly being taken or given away without much notice.

Advice

I would suggest that one demonstrates knowlege about the company outside of the fashion aspect. Talk about the history of the company, the when and where it was first establsih, and effort towards substainbility.
