How friendly the working environment was. Management was terrific and were very helpful.
What I wish was different
Maybe that management would step in and help the employees more when customers were sometimes wrong and would be very angry at the employee. It would be nice if H-E-B could stand up for its employees more.

That you try hard and really try to do your best. They recognize good work and it will make you feel good, knowing that you're trying hard and learning.
