What I liked

The customers and overall environment is amazing and positive. The hours are flexible and the job duties are enjoyable.

What I wish was different

Communication with management is extremely poor. A lot of issues are left unattended. Employees are treated unfairly in the workplace and are often left in the dark.

Advice

If you can, get a job you enjoy! It makes life much less stressful and makes work enjoyable. Understand though that there are always sacrifices to be made at any job, but if you work hard enough and it is a job you enjoy, then it is always worth it.

Have the experience to communicate with parents and know well about the course and the students and suggestions of which way to furthet explore.

What I wish was different

There are few safety protection within the place and also I am not assigned to the part of job that I interested in.

Advice

Taking a actual job is so different than I think what it will be. You won’t have the time to express your thoughts. You are mostly assigned to a particular job and do it. So don’t feel frastrated if you think your ability is not being cherished.
