I love working with kids! And working with the county, we got to emphasize education and physical activity, so it felt a lot like being a school teacher. I worked a full 9 hour day and which made me feel really accomplished.
What I wish was different
I wish I had better training for our kids with special needs so I could better know how to help them.
Advice
Be yourself and make everyone laugh, but at the same time, don't back down on your authority! You need to make sure everyone is having fun, but also respecting you and your rules.
