I loved working with the people who come to Guthrie and helping them improve their skills and have a good time.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have started working there sooner to have more time with those people.
Advice
Remember that even though someone may seem different from you, at heart, we all want the same things. Search for similarities in others to build unity, rather than focusing on what makes you different.
