My team offered me lots of opportunities to get hands-on experience with relevant processes and tools for data analytics work. They were always supportive of my efforts to learn as much as possible, and they helped give me an appropriate amount of work.

It is important to make the most of your own experience. Be proactive, reach out to other members of your team and employees in other business areas to gain the most knowledge you can during your limited time with Guardian.
