I found a lot of satisfaction in the structure of the internship program. It was scheduled but adjusted to fit each individuals wants and needs regarding their learning experience. I was always given the opportunity to tell them what I wanted to see more of.
What I wish was different
A majority of the issues I saw were out of the company's hands and more so at the fault of the pandemic. It would have been beneficial to be able to meet with other interns and their mentors in person.
Advice
I will always suggest to keep an open mind and do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and ask questions. I learned more than I could have imagined.

What I liked
This internship allowed me to explore all aspects of the services that FS has to offer. I was able to increase my agronomic knowledge, network within the industry, and discover new interests within the field!
What I wish was different
Advice
My advice is to step outside of your comfort zone and ask questions. I would have never developed the passions I now have if I wouldn't have tried something new and unfamiliar.
