Since 1990, Group Mission Trips has organized domestic and international Jesus-centered mission trip experiences. Our short-term mission trips are designed for maximum impact for youth and adults. Each year, over 10,000 participants serve on our unique mission trip experiences. As the non-profit mission ministry of Group Cares, we work hard to bring meaningful service to the communities we serve. Since our beginning, thousands upon thousands of mission trip participants have racked up millions of volunteer hours serving people in need.
All these years later, one constant remains true: We strongly believe in providing opportunities for people to encounter Jesus through serving others either in their own backyard or halfway across the globe. The Group Mission Trips legacy of lasting impact continues...
Each summer (End of May to mid-August) both paid and volunteer positions are available. Below are the different types of opportunities we have available and some general information about each. Our website will have more information and applications are open.
Summer staff (paid positions): Each summer, we hire approximately 60 summer staff to be a part of our amazing team and facilitate the details of mission trips across the country! You’ll meet lifelong friends, gain hands-on work experience, and get paid!
Volunteer staff: Volunteers are the lifeblood of Group Mission Trips and we couldn’t have camp without them! Although each volunteer position at camp has a unique role, we all serve together to create experiences where people can encounter Jesus. Our volunteers use their individual gifts to serve God together as a team. Whether it’s construction, organization, hospitality, or music, we’ve got a job to match your skills!
