What I wish was different
Communication, planning by higher-ups, and expectations were terrible. I was left largely alone to completely plan, execute and complete the project assigned with limited funding and the assumption (which I would find out later) that I would use my personal resources to get it done regardless of the cost. I also would have preferred the systems in place were more stable as many documents and records were lost.
