I liked the variety of projects I was apart of. I got to do market research, content generation, and content mapping. I also learned how to use a variety of G-Suite tools as well as various software applications. I learned a lot about professional communication as we work with a variety of companies to service our various needs as a company. The corporate office staff are a wonderful and supportive group of people. They even offered to make my internship part-time during my final semester so I can see the outcomes of my work as an intern!

Advice
Be open to learning or working on things you have little experience in. So much of what you do anywhere is learning as you go and no one expects you to know everything. Ask Questions!

Advice
As long as you work hard and do what is asked of you you won’t have any problems. If you don’t slack off people will like you.

Auto-Band Operator
May - August 2019 • Green Bay, WI
What I liked
I liked the people I worked with. They were all nice and willing to work with me and teach me how to do different aspects of the job.
What I wish was different
I wish the schedule didn't rotate every week from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. If it's your first time doing shift work it can be hard to adjust to at first and the weekly change makes it hard to plan things at times.
Advice
If you don't mind doing shift work, the job is pretty good. Most of the jobs for summer help are easy and can be picked up in a week or two, and the pay is pretty good for a summer job.

What I liked
I learned how to properly work in a factory setting while getting my foot in the door at a respectable company in the area.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work in the business side of the company instead of on the factory floor.
Advice
Don't be afraid to take a factory summer job as it is a great way to make money during the summer while also building a great work ethic for yourself.

Accounting/IT Intern
June - August 2018 • Green Bay, WI
What I liked
I got to work independently without having a supervisor constantly look over my shoulder. There was something different for me to do almost everyday because I worked in 2 areas.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could learn more about IS, I mostly worked with Accounting during my internship.
Advice
One advice would be the first day can be very overwhelming cause they are throwing all these tasks at you. Just take your time and take lots of notes. Also it's okay to ask questions.
