I loved working at Green Bay Country Club. I liked the variety of things that I was able to learn as I pretty much learned something new everyday. I also enjoyed interacting with the members and getting to know them on a more personal level. Getting to play golf with the members was also a highlight as I got to work on my game and network with many successful people in a variety of different industries.
What I wish was different
I honestly cannot think of a single thing that I would like to change.
Advice
I would say to follow your dreams and don't let a decision you make freshman year of college dictate the rest of your life. I am a senior math major and my initial plan was to become an Actuary post graduation. I love golfing and am on the SNC Women's golf team so I went out on a limb and took this position last summer to see how I fit in the golf industry. I ended up absolutely loving it and now I plan to continue working in the golf industry once I graduate in December. So I would say to just keep all of your options open and don't close the door on any possibilities so early in your academic career.
