What I liked
I worked with a really fun staff that had each other's backs and added so much humor to the job. There was always room for improvement and we were constantly receiving feedback/constructive criticism to help us be better employees. There were a lot of opportunities to be better leaders while also improving our communication skills with employees, management, and guests at the lodge. Great opportunity to home in on your fundamental leadership and managerial skills like public speaking, customer service, giving constructive criticism, organization, and time management in the supervisor role.
