it was a very long day for students and watching them get stressed out and overwhelmed was frustrating. If we could spread this thorughout the day more it would help but given the workday schedule i understand that this is not a reality

I liked how I was able to gain professional experience while working on campus. The hours are super flexible and I was always able to pick up extra shifts if I wanted to. Everyone in this office is very friendly and I am very glad that I applied to this job!

What I liked
I loved the environment that I worked in. I felt very comfortable in that space. All the staff was very friendly and I always came in to work wanting to come back because I built a great relationship with my co-workers, which I still talk to today.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten more hours but I guess I couldn’t since I did have another job that I was working for part time as well.
Advice
That this is a great summer job, definitely would recomend to others. And it’s a great way to get to know the campus as well.

Advice
Make sure to stick around after being accepted for a job. At first, it might seem like a big change, and there will be a period of adjustments that are happening, but after a while things will start to become easier and you'll get to know many more people.
