I was kind of on my own to figure things out myself. There wasn’t any micromanaging.
What I wish was different
It’s a relatively new business (started in 2011) and they are trying to grow, they just don’t know how to handle it yet. Culture fluctuated a lot. Happy one day, unhappy the next.
Advice
Trying something you might not like is smart. It helps narrow down what you might want to do after you graduate.
