What I liked
At Graham Partners, I was given an immense amount of responsibility. I worked directly under an associate as his analyst and was heavily involved in data room analyses, sourcing potential acquisitions, developing investment theses, and building investment committee decks. Additionally, I was able to travel to target company sites to meet with ownership and officers of the companies.
