The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council pursues local foundations and corporations for funds to "re-grant" directly to the arts community, funding artists and programs that fall into two categories: Artists and Arts Projects, and Accessibility.
Artists and Art Projects are eligible for Artist Opportunity Grants, Project Stream Grants, and in some cases, Program Stream Grants. Funds to support accessibility in the arts are distributed through the Access Microfund and scholarships to the annual LEAD Conference.
