COVID changed the dynamic to virtual which made being a new employee more difficult without having in-person help and mentoring.

Very fun work environment that is high pace. Awesome people and will enjoy being with these people everyday. I have learned so much from this job.
What I wish was different
COVID made it remote so I wasn't able to meet as many people in person.
Advice
Stay persistent and keep going. This job can be hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it's a great experience.
