It was a fun and educational experience leading a store! You get to hire your employees and have unsupervised control over your store so it's a good test of responsibility and leadership skills.
What I wish was different
The hours are fairly long and the weather is rough, on days i worked i barely had personal time outside the job (though you do get plenty of time on your own during the work day!)
Advice
Just be prepared to grind out the job! The work season is short, only 2 to 3 weeks, but it's tough. You'll have plenty of time (and money) to have fun with for the rest of summer.
