What I wish was different
I wish that upper management was more organized. The on-location general manager was very good, but the people that were not at the location seemed to care very little about what was necessary for our branch. They were very positive and enthusiastic, but that just made it more frustrating when they ignored what we needed. It was also very clear that those at corporate cared very little for their employees.
