What I liked

Not only did I appreciate the opportunity to gain more experience in the healthcare field, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the company's clients one on one while assisting them with their daily activities of life.

What I wish was different

I wish I had applied to this company sooner, it was managed by welcoming people whom made the clients priority.

Advice

For anyone who is interested in being a nursing assistant, everyone has their own methods that work for them when doing daily activities of life; This includes the patients we take care of, if you can find a routine that works for you AND the patient, the patient will be able to feel more independent. This creates a successful environment for everyone!
