What I liked
This is a new company consisting of a smart team of guys that are expanding rapidly in the industry. Every day, you are given meaningful projects and work with senior members at the firm. The team is helpful during the internship and supportive of helping you achieve your career goals after summer. They host weekly development programs, where interns can choose to learn anything inside or outside the scope of the firm. Overall, it was a great experience for people interested in agriculture and/or finance, and a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing firm in its early stages.
