The people are fantastic: smart, fun, relaxed. The work environment is very casual and in a good location. Lots of opportunity to take on more challenging tasks so you can make it as interesting as you want.

Advice
Definitely the more math you have, the more varied projects you can do. There are plenty of regular old software type jobs to do but if you have the skills there are many more algorithmic research projects.
