I learned a lot about working in an office and about mechanical engineering.
What I wish was different
The was little age diversity and gender diversity, which was an adjustment from being in college.
Advice
So much that you are going to learn about you career you will learn from being at the job. College teaches you how to learn, your job will teach you how to do.

Always be willing to go for new opportunities and experiences. This internship showed me over 10 different projects while letting me focus on the ones that really mattered to me.

What I liked
I liked the people and having the opportunity to work on my own project, where I standardized the way AutoCAD was used by Engineers
What I wish was different
I wish there was more of a program for interns and a way to move up.
Advice
Take all of it in. It will go super fast and learning things will help you so much land a full-time job elsewhere.
