What I love most about this company is the team atmosphere, culture, and freedom it provides. Everyone within this organization pushes each other to grow. Also, with no cap on earnings, or limitations to obtain leadership positions within the company, the opportunity is what you make of it!

What I liked
This is a company full of great mentors and amazing leaders. There is very intensive training that you go through to be put in the best possible position to succeed once you are on your own. I like that it is a commission-based business, so your income is uncapped, and it is based on the amount of work you put it in which was very attractive to me. Especially a great opportunity for student athletes because of the competitiveness, work-ethic, training, and emphasis on skillset.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had someone reach out to me and introduce me to this business sooner. The earlier you start the better off you will be.
Advice
If you are currently in college or recently graduated and still do not know what you want to do with your career yet, this is a great place for you. People from all different backgrounds with very similar values.

What I liked
The competitive atmosphere of the work environment is fantastic. Everyone working here wants to see everyone grow in the company and as a person. The Growth that you can achieve in the company is outstanding. They reward the people working hard and it does not get overlooked.

What I liked
This company allowed me to create my own schedule, balancing my work and social life. Additionally, since there are no caps on the pay, I was able to advance in the company as fast as I was willing to work, while making more than enough money to support myself.
What I wish was different
There was not any aspect of the job which wasn't advertised properly online or in person. The only thing I wish was that I joined sooner to take advantage of this opportunity.
Advice
You have to be willing to put in the work to see the rewards long term. Most people in the company refer to this job as "opportunity unlimited" because it has changed their lives for the better. If a person is willing to work, there is no limit on what they can achieve.
