I liked that the work was remote and the hours were flexible, allowing us to adapt relatively easily to the coronavirus pandemic.
What I wish was different
Most of the employees are only college interns, so there were fewer resources to look to when in need of help, other than the CEO.
Advice
This experience is definitely what you make of it. If you are given independence in your projects, those are your chances to show how you can be a real asset to the team.
