Founded in 1961 as Teen Aid, Inc. and affiliated with Girls Inc. since 2002, our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. We achieve this mission by addressing the unique needs of girls ages 6-18 through research based programs, advocacy, education, and the development of mentoring relationships. Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey serves over 3,000 girls annually in the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey region.
