I loved the experience. You learn so many things about yourself and what your skills are. It's a lot of hands on work.
What I wish was different
It's not the kind of job where you have a lot of time alone. You're always around other people.
Advice
If you do not like being outside, this is not the job for you. If you are not willing to work around the clock, even when you're sleeping, it's not the job for you. But it can be SO rewarding if you're willing to put in the work!

What I liked
Leadership and supervising staff made camp fun for the staff and the girls!
What I wish was different
Bring your own food or lunch. The nutritional staff base food portions and options off of kids.
Advice
The campers are really watching everything you do and say. They look up to the older staff members that are leaders. It’s important to act accordingly
