Senior Girl Scout

August 1993 - August 2003 Santa Maria, CA
“As a child scout, I enjoyed learning outdoor skills: camping, knots, knife skills, camp fire building, box oven cooking, sanitizing and meal prep. I enjoyed working on various service projects including Leaderama, Friendship Day, and traveling through California: Knottsberry Farm, Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, Ronald Regan Library, Sea World, Great America and Winchester Mystery House with the Jelly Belly Factory plus San Francisco. I learned how to set up booths, count cash and privately raise money with family while selling cookies and nuts. I learned how to maintain customers through magazine sells and learned to set goals through reward structure. ”
