What I liked
I liked the freedom this job gave me, and interacting with children. It also gave me a great insight into management without being the sole person in charge of the organization's success.
What I wish was different
The upper management was absolutely terrible. They forced all but 3 staff members to quit at one camp and some at mine followed. It was way to stressful and there was limited support.
Advice
Do what makes your heart happy - don't spend your time doing something which drains you. If you do what you love, you won't realize you're working.
