“I enjoyed reconnecting with the organization on a smaller scale like my childhood troop days. I learned and served per a leaders request. It was rewarding learning team building exercises, seeing young leaders grow and develop while remaining friends. I cherished the team leader approach to the troop and how each leader added their own leadership style to the overall experience. I feel they all supported one another and the Girl Scout Mission. ”
