It was great to block-walk and advocate for a candidate I believed in. In addition, I had a lot of flexibility in when I had to finish calling voters or canvassing neighborhoods.
What I wish was different
I wasn't paid for my work, and some people could be rude.
Advice
Make sure you're comfortable talking to strangers about voting, not everyone is.
