I enjoyed the people I worked with and the structure of the job. I liked having clear instructions and tasks.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been some training program. It was quite overwhelming to just be thrown in to a job I didn't know how to do without real instructions. This made the job quite stressful at the beginning.
Advice
Ask questions! When you don't know what to to, ask someone. Everyone is willing to help you.
