I liked being able to teach and be outdoors. It's great experience for education majors who also love gardening. It's also a chance to be creative and experiment with new and unique activities you can't do in a classroom!

What I liked
I learned so much about growing and selling different crops on a small-scale with organic practice. I also enjoyed the farm animal portion of the internship which is crucial to understanding the food system as a whole.
