What I liked

Ghafari had me working on real world projects, with real responsibilities. As I've gained experience at their office and gained the trust of my supervisors, I've gotten more and more responsibilities and now am in charge of my own project.

What I wish was different

I wouldn't change a thing.

Advice

Don't be afraid to return to the same office. As the company gets to see more and more of your work, you'll get to learn more and more, which I think is invaluable compared to company hopping every summer.

Start an internship s early as you can. I regret nit starting earlier in my second or first year.
