I love engaging with customers and talking about the new flavors we have as the seasons change! It makes me happy to see that consumers can bond over something as simple as chocolate. I also love how flexible my hours are; it makes my life easier as a full-time student

I wish I had more sales associates to bond with!
Advice
Always remain patient—although this is a small retail chain, still customers do tend to get upset so always serve with a smile and try to assist with the best of your ability. Don't be afraid to ask for help from the supervisor or manager!
