Senior Summer Conference Resident Assistant

What I liked
I loved being able to interact with and get to know residents from all over the country. I also loved having that feeling of satisfaction after I've successfully helped someone with an issue.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more residents to stay with us this summer.
Advice
I only recommend this job to people who love serving others and are great problem-solvers.
