This is a fast paced environment that cares about students. It is a community oriented organization, so there is interest in who you are as a person and in your family. This is a place that wants you to be involved and invested, so be prepared for that level of involvement.

I was asked to be a Structural Analysis TA based on my relationship with my professors and my performance in their classes, so I never had to interview for the position. My advice is to do your best in all of your classes and develop good relationships with professors in your major.
