Working with a smaller company was beneficial because I was able to touch many departments in a short period of time. I was also able to stand out and have stronger relationships with upper-level management.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more opportunity for teamwork. I worked independently for 80% of my time.
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask for more work. It shows ambition.
