The plant I worked at was very helpful, and they offered guidance with out hesitation which in return helped you feel more confident.
What I wish was different
Longer period with the company, and a opportunity to visit or work at the other plants with in the company.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions and admit when you do not know how to do something or if you need a refresher to help you perform the task to the level they wish.
