The company culture was wonderful, there were a lot of team-building activities and skills workshops, as well as a wide age range of employees. The are a lot of Tufts alumni working there.
What I wish was different
I think the work-life balance at the company could be improved. There is an expectation that full-time employees work overtime both as junior staff and project managers.
Advice
I strongly recommend doing a co-op, I took a semester off and worked full time and it gave me the opportunity to be involved in more projects and gain an in-depth understanding of the company much more than a summer internship can.
