I enjoyed the freedom of this position and being able to manage my own projects. I also enjoyed the amount of responsibility I was given. It was challenging but not overwhelming. I learned a lot of new skills and it was cool to see my work helping the company grow.
What I wish was different
At the end of my internship, a great new marketing coordinator was hired, and it would have been helpful to have had her earlier on.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try new things and get creative with your content!

What I liked
I liked the environment and my co-workers were phenomenal. I had many great opportunities to network at this organization. I had many opportunities to get creative and take the lead on projects.
What I wish was different
I wish the office staff had been a more diverse crowd.
Advice
Be prepared to work long hours and as well as to pivot at any moment. It is an all hands on deck environment and you have to be willing to do a little bit of everything. It is rewarding, but you have to be able to be flexible with your time and skills.
