What I wish was different
I wish the company as a whole and District Managers would be more understanding of the face of their brand and thus care about their employees more and give more incentives.
Advice
If you have the opportunity to work as a Sales Associate for any company, do it. You learn so much and it gives you such a greater appreciation for the people that help you on the floor or at the register when you go shopping.
