I loved the community of the job, it honestly felt like a second family to me and I became very close with my employer and fellow employees

I wish I had gotten paid a bit more
Advice
Retail is all about representing yourself and the company, If you're not having a good time and don't wanna be there at 9am customers are pick up on that vibe and it will be harder to sell them merchandise. You have to leave your negative attitudes at the door no matter what.

What I liked
My co-wrorkers, and managers, and the job itself. I really love helping people.
What I wish was different
I wish the company as a whole and District Managers would be more understanding of the face of their brand and thus care about their employees more and give more incentives.
Advice
If you have the opportunity to work as a Sales Associate for any company, do it. You learn so much and it gives you such a greater appreciation for the people that help you on the floor or at the register when you go shopping.
