I enjoy customer service greatly and I appreciated the opportunity to work in a place where customer service was central and I was getting to meet new people
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been more work for me to do, and better comradery between employees. I often felt bored and did not feel connected to my coworkers.
Advice
Go in to this job with a full understanding of the work environment. This is a great place to work for someone who is younger and maybe still gaining experience in the industry.
