The amount of people that are willing to teach someone new what goes into their day to day job and how to do it efficiently, along with the training the went into my personal experience to learn how to operate a frac job to the best of our companies ability to give the customer what they wanted.

Very intensive work regiment but lots of knowledge was gained. Expect to work long hard hours and be ready to get dirty!
