Trust-Securities Processing Intern
June 2019 • San Antonio, TX
What I liked
I wasn't required to be very excel or bloomberg savvy to do the job. My interpersonal skills and resume are what inked it for me.
What I wish was different
Wish I had received more exposure to excel and bloomberg.
Advice
As long as you're cheerful 100% of the time and actively ask for work when you don't have any you will be well liked and have a great chance of getting a return offer if that's what you want. I had interests in pursuing work for other companies and am not in it for the long term. Just the internship experience.

Bank T
October 2017 • Fort Worth, TX
What I liked
I love how it was part-time so I was still able to enjoy part of my summer as well as prepare for the new semester. I love working with older people because they are a lot more mature and have much better work ethic.
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish was different is working weekends. Although it is not long hours, having to be at work on a Saturday morning is never fun.
Advice
One piece of advice I would recommend is to let people know who you are. Connect with people because you never know what kind of opportunities you could gain from networking.
