I love the amount of control over the projects they gave us and the way the team supported our projects. Frontier really allowed us to schedule constantly with our mentors to provide help when we got stuck in our projects and advice along the way. It truly was an amazing way to gain practical experience.
What I wish was different
The internship started off a bit unorganized so I wish there was more structure the first few weeks. After that, things really started chugging along with my project so I had no regrets after that.
Advice
Work somewhere where you can contribute and gain meaningful experience. I think this internship was so great for me because I was allowed to handle a project that most places would never let an intern ever touch. I got so much meaningful experience through that and feel entirely more qualified for this years internship round.

What I liked
The Human Resource office here at Frontier Airlines has taken me under their wing and shown me the ropes in the world of Human Resources and Labor Relations in Aviation. I really liked the way Frontier Airlines puts an emphasis on maintaining a culture of inclusivity. We treat each and every employee that works here with respect and dignity!
What I wish was different
I do not think that there is much Frontier can do different. When you intern at Frontier Airlines you are fully immersed in the culture and operation. They do not treat you like an intern- you are an integral part of the team and they respect that.
Advice
Make sure you come into your internship with the mindset of " I am going to get what i put into this Internship" - what i mean by that is that you have to ask questions - take notes - show your tenacity and drive for the industry and job you are doing.

Great experience! Hard to manage with school unless you already have seniority. Highly recommend if you don’t know what you want to do with your life after you graduate.
