What I liked
Interning at Frommer's was a great experience! The internship is part-time (2-3hrs per day, 5 days a week) and interns can work remotely, though the company is based in NYC. Interns participate in a variety of tasks like fact-checking guide content and web pages, sorting editorial mail, updating slideshows, and more. My favorite part of the job was writing new bylined content for Frommers.com and having the opportunity to publish my articles on a real website. The Frommer's team is also very friendly, communicative, and accessible. They mentor and support their interns.
