I liked the environment. Everyone at the company was nice but also made sure you were getting work done. If you needed assistance, someone was able to help. I also liked most of the work I did. Calling and emailing people with questions allowed me to establish a rapport and make a difference in their lives.
What I wish was different
Some work I did with calls based on spreadsheets (having to follow-up with people who never responded) was a bit tedious and frustrating.
Advice
If you need help, ask! My supervisors appreciated honesty.
